As part of Hilton’s Curio Collection, The Franklin needed to raise its brand voice big time. The Franklin had an interesting location with an eclectic, educated potential audience. But no brand message or feel to entice visitors away from other ‘boutique’ hotels in the region.

RPK reimagined the brand in the attitude of its namesake–Ben Franklin. The agency imbued every element (web, uniforms, how to act and how to be, the visitors guide) to reflect a modern take on that world-traveled sophistication and charm.

Bookings are at an all-time high + our brand work won this little hotel ‘Best Curio Hotel Nationwide’ and a Gold International Readers Choice award from HOW Magazine.
