Great food, every day, is a way of life. Giorgios Bakatsias learned this lesson well growing up in the Greek countryside. Following these same principles, he and his partners have created and managed some of the most prominent and successful restaurants in the Carolinas. Our role was to create elements that connect us all to a simpler time, where the best part of the day, was a flavorful meal around the table with family and friends
