The $110 million MetLife global technology hub completed last month welcomed over 1,000 new employees to the Triangle area.  The Cary-based campus occupies 2-seven story office buildings that account for 427,000 square feet.  The project's overall success depended largely on collaborative relationships between MetLife and their real estate, design and construction teams to include Alliance Architecture.
