Bald Head Island had the location and amenities that luxury vacation home shoppers desired, with one important exception - access. Visitors have to leave their cars behind and ferry to the island. With a goal of selling the remaining developer lots, we turned limited access into a highly sought asset -- a ticket to exclusivity and privacy.
